The Word of Faith in These Times
I would like to encourage you in something that will become increasingly vital in the days to come. As we progress further and further into these last days, it is imperative that we stay intimately connected with the Word of faith. Let’s look at Jesus’ teaching about this in Matthew 24 and notice how He starts off in verse 4, “And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.” Do not be deceived! As I travel various places and talk to people from all parts of the globe, I have noticed a trend of people who were once very diligent in the Word of faith (or the Word and faith) who are now going off course in one direction or another. They are looking for “the next great revelation” or some other “word.” We should not be shocked by this because Paul warned us it was coming. “For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; and they shall turn awa...
